Maybe you’ve started planning your day around your pain.
You think twice before signing up for a workout.
You hesitate before getting down on the floor with your kids.
You turn down a hike because you’re worried about how you’ll feel afterward.
And when you finally ask for help, you want someone to understand what those moments mean to you.
That’s where care at Connect begins.
Before we talk about treatment or exercises, we want to hear your story.
What have you tried?
What still feels difficult?
And what would you love to do again without second-guessing your body?
Because “my back hurts” only tells us part of the story.
Knowing that you want to pick up your child, get through your workday comfortably, or return to the gym helps us understand what we’re working toward together.
Your goals help shape your care.
At Connect, you spend one-on-one time with your doctor. We look at how your body moves as a whole and explore what may be contributing to the problem.
We call our approach the Connect Code: Decode → Rebuild → Optimize.
We start by understanding your symptoms and movement patterns. Then we work with you to rebuild strength, control, and confidence through hands-on care and exercises tailored to your needs.
As you progress, we adjust your care to help you keep moving toward the activities that matter to you.
You’ll have space to ask questions, share what’s working, and tell us when something doesn’t feel right.
You deserve to understand your plan and feel involved in it.
Been thinking about coming back?
Maybe life got busy. Maybe your goals have changed. Or maybe you’re ready to make time for yourself again.

We’d love to hear from you.
